In winter, over 261 kilometers of pistes in the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area ensure lots of snow sports fun.

Spacious and modern 2-room apartment located on the 9th floor of the Rothornblick building, which is situated in a quiet area and surround by lots of nature. The balcony provides a nice mountain view. During the winter season (from 20/12-30/03/26), the swimming pool, wellness, fitness and ski shuttle at the attached hotel can be used free of charge in winter. Please note the house rules.

Conditions

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure

- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30.- linen set/stay and CHF 6.- resort fee/day

- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 50.- (high chair and cot with bed linen)

- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival

- Pets are allowed (CHF 75 per stay for each pet)

- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)
