1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator and balcony. Very sunny and quiet location, beautiful mountain panorama view. The building is located at the entrance of Arosa, a two minute walk away from the grocery store Coop. The center of the village can be reached by foot within 15 minutes walk or in two minutes by bus. Located only 200 meters away from the nearest bus stop.

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure

- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30.- linen set/stay and CHF 6.- resort fee/day

- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 50.- (high chair and cot with bed linen)

- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival

- Pets are not allowed

- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)

Note: the check-in & check-out is done independently/self-made in SUMMER, there is no employee on site at the apartment. In WINTER we offer a luggage shuttel to the chalet, because you are not able to drive to the chalet due to the ski slope.
