While other holiday evenings end with a fondue, on this evening you will prepare the food yourself. Corina Jäger, a certified wild herb educator, will guide you through the process of making fresh cheese and show you which herbs grow around Arosa that are not found in supermarkets. You will leave with the cheese, the pesto, and the knowledge of how both are made.
Advance registration is preferred.
