Day Excursion to Bogs and Plants
Saturday, June 21, 10:15 AM - 3:15 PM, Langwies Train Station
Explore the protected bogs and their plant life on a guided hike to Peisteralp. Under the guidance of Brigitta Schatzmann and Horst Kleinlogel, you will learn everything about the importance of these unique ecosystems. The excursion starts at Langwies Train Station, from where you will begin this approximately five-hour excursion. A shuttle service from the hotel to the meeting point will be organized. If hiking to Peisteralp is not possible due to weather conditions, an alternative route will be offered.
King of the Alps
Sunday, June 22, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Isla Arosa
Experience the local wildlife up close! Together with Arosa photographer Veit Fritz, you will hike through the alpine landscape, enjoy spectacular views, and learn more about the animal and plant life of the region. Particularly fascinating is the opportunity to observe ibex in their natural habitat. The excursion ends with a relaxed picnic in nature, where you can share your experiences and enjoy the tranquility.
