The chalet is close to the edge of the village of Malix and is ideal for nature lovers. The house is situated on a slope. A footpath of approx. 40m leads up to the flat from the car park. Good shoes are recommended in winter. Shopping possibilities in the village: local products from farmers are offered in the petrol station shop (everyday products) or in the farm shop on the upper edge of the village.

Arrival

Malix is located in the Grisons mountains, 7 km from Chur at 1200 m above sea level. From the Chur Süd motorway exit, drive in the direction of Lenzerheide. At the petrol station in Malix, turn right towards Brambrüesch and then left before the fire station. After approx. 300 m you will reach your destination. In winter, snow chains or 4x4 vehicles are required for access.
Handover of keys on arrival day from 3.00 pm / handover of keys on departure day by 10.00 am.
