House Brüggli B / 1-room-apartment *** B-24 (2nd floor, lift, 2 beds) In the multi-family house "Brüggli". Central, sunny position in Inner-Arosa. In the immediate vicinity you will find sports shops and restaurants for all tastes. The access to the ski area is directly in front of the door. A problem-free, winter-safe access by car, reserved car parking in the open. Bus stop "AROSA-GRATISBUS" directly at the property. Our apartment offers a view of the beautiful landscape and the alpine world of Arosa. Guests can relax in the on-site sauna with a lounger. Completely furnished PROPERTY APARTMENT consisting of: Living / sleeping: living combination in ash with two folding beds (each 90 x 190cm), wardrobes, dining table, cozy upholstery, free internet WELAN, flat screen color TV, with integrated DVD, radio.
Kitchenette: 2-glass ceramic cooking hobs, steam extractor, fridge with freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee machine (original capsules must be brought as these are not available in Arosa), electric water cooker, toaster, fondue - and raclette set.
Bath / WC: bath / shower, washbasin with washbasin, WC
Balcony: seating, table, sun loungers - South / Southeast Parking: No. 5 outside is part of the apartment.
The room (28 m2 net floor area without balcony 6 m2) are comfortably and comfortably furnished. Central heating, the living room floor is equipped with woolen carpet. Cooking and eating utensils are available to a sufficient extent
