No worries about access and snow: since the road leads directly past the house, snow is always cleared up to the property! The property is fenced off from the road. Arosa is just 8 km away and can be reached directly from the Langwies railway station or by car in 5 minutes or by bus.

On the ground floor, there is the living kitchen with access to the barn and outdoor balcony, the cozy Arvenwood little parlor, and the adjacent small bedroom with a double bed (1.60m) and wardrobe. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and one with a large double bed (1.80m). Here you will also find the new bathroom and access to another balcony. In front of the house, there are several small terraces with seating areas, and throughout the property, you can enjoy a breathtaking mountain panorama.
