The house is located in Malix in a very quiet location. It is a house with a garden. There is room for up to 5 people in the chalet, but it is perfect for 4 people. Directly from the house you can go snowshoeing in the winter and discover the surroundings and enjoy nature by bike in summer. Malix is only 10 minutes away from Churwalden and Chur. From Churwalden you can reach the skiing and hiking area of Arosa Lenzerheide. The skiing and hiking area Brambrüesch can be reached directly from the house by car after a 10-minute drive. From the house you can enjoy the view of the mountains around Lenzerheide as well as into Schanfigg towards Arosa. The chalet has central oil heating. In good weather you can enjoy the sun even in winter. In summer, the sun shines until late in the evening and you can linger comfortably outside on the terrace. You can park two cars in front of the house. The parking spaces are not covered and there is no garage.

Arrival

Coming from Chur, drive through the village of Malix until you see the sign to Brambrüesch on the right. Follow this sign for about 700 metres. Before you cross a short bridge over a stream, the house is on the right at Brambrüeschstrasse 36. You can park directly in the driveway to the house. The main entrance is right next to the access road/parking lot.

On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds 95x190 cm and a bathroom/WC and a large cellar. On the ground floor is a second bedroom with two single beds 100x200 cm. On the ground floor there is a shower/WC as well as a homely furnished kitchen with cooker, oven, steam extractor and dishwasher. At the dining table, which is also in the kitchen, 5 people can sit and eat comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped. Among other things, also with raclette oven and fondue caquelon. In the living room there is another table with corner bench and space for also up to 5 people and a couch. TV with 150 channels and W-Lan in the whole house with 100mb/s. Also in the living room you will find some board games and family games.
