From the flat you enjoy a wonderful view of a beautiful valley, meadows, forests and the mountain peaks of central Bünden. From the location of the house you can reach the traning ski lift of Lantsch/Lenz in a few minutes. Lantsch/Lenz has a ski school, an ice rink and a cross-country ski trail that stretches for several kilometres to Lenzerheide, Valbella and Parpan. Furthermore, gourmets will find good catering establishments, hotels, restaurants and Graubünden cultural heritage in Lantsch/Lenz. Alpine skiers or snowboarders can reach Lenzerheide with its numerous skiing opportunities and the summer sports facilities around the Heidsee lake in about 5 minutes by car. Distances: approx. 100 m to the Lantsch/Lenz-Barbatschauns post bus stop, 1 stop to the roland arena (300 m), approx. 2.5 km to the golf course, hiking trails and biking routes on the doorstep. Direct post bus connection (10 min) to Lenzerheide and Rothornbahn.

Bookings up to 90 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. A handling fee of CHF 30.00 will be retained for all cancellations. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days before arrival, the property will be re-rented. If a replacement booking can be made, an amount of CHF 90.00 will be charged for administrative expenses in addition to the contractual handling fee.

Check in: from 4.00 p.m. / Check out: by 9.30 a.m.
Entering Lenzerheide turn right onto the Voa Sporz. After 300m there is an intersection. Just before the intersection our rental office is on the left in house number 19A (opposite the Volg shop).

You can reach the house easily via public roads. Take the motorway to Chur Süd, take the Lenzerheide exit and drive to Lantsch/Lenz (5 minutes to Lenzerheide). At the entrance to the village, after the petrol station and at the level of the car park of the Hotel Sarain, turn left onto the road Voia da Fluroins. After 20 m on this road turn right onto the road Barbatschauns Sot. After approx. 100 m you will find the house Curvér No. 15 on the right hand side. In front of the house you can drive directly into the garage.
