Grocery shops, chemist's, bus stops, restaurants, ski school and an ice rink are in the immediate vicinity. The cross-country ski trail to the lake starts directly behind the house.

Arrival

Coming from Chur: At the first junction in Lenzerheide turn right into Voa Sporz, turn right after the Hotel Sunstar. The underground car park is straight ahead. Shortly before the underground car park there is a staircase to the flat entrances on the left-hand side. Use the second entrance. The flat is on the 2nd floor.
