This very spacious and centrally located maisonette apartment in Lenzerheide accommodates up to 8 guests – ideal for families or groups (maximum 6 adults and 2 children). It stands out for its peaceful location, breathtaking views of the ski area, and the possibility of ski-in/ski-out when snow conditions are ideal.

On the lower level, you’ll find a bright and generously sized living room with access to the sunny southwest-facing terrace – perfect for relaxing in both summer and winter. The modern, open-plan kitchen is equipped with a high-quality coffee machine, and the adjoining dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people. A fireplace adds a cozy touch on colder days.
