The Soleval holiday centre is located between Lenzerheide and Valbella next to the sports centre (our guests have free admission to the indoor pool). In just a few minutes walk you can easily reach the village of Lenzerheide, the Heidsee lake with its lido and the Rothornbahn mountain railway station with bike park and access to the ski area. In winter, the Rothornbahn cabel car run passes directly behind the Soleval. Access to the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area is through the Dieschen ski lift next door. Ski-in and ski-out are optimally guaranteed. The stop of the free sports bus is directly in front of the complex and so you are flexible at any time even without a car.

The 1.5- room apartment (ca. 48 m²) in the house Tavanera was newly renovated in 2015 and brought to a solid **** star standard. The large living room with open kitchen you will find a comfortable sofa, which invites you to linger, and a newly-TV and various games. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Furthermore, part of the equipment of the kitchen are a coffee maker and fondue set. From the balcony you have a great view of the meadow and the forest. The living room has two sleep capacities (Sofa bed, fold away bed), two single beds are housed in a separate room. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, hairdryer and a tub with shower.
