6.5 room apartment with ski run right up to the house. 100 m away from the Seeboden or Sandhubel bus stop, where there are several restaurants and bars in addition to the Coop.
The approx. 150m² apartment offers plenty of space for young and old and has several balconies with a wonderful panoramic view. In summer the spacious garden is also available for barbecuing and sunbathing
Two parking spaces are available. In the garage and in front of the garage door. Further public parking spaces can be found 100m away.

In the basement is the sauna and the ski room, from which you have direct access to the house.

- Bedlinen, towels and laundry are washed according to rules of local authorities
- Laundry is washed at highest temperature that is allowed by producer

These are mostly apartments where the care/letting of long-established Arosians was transferred to us for reasons of age.
We manage the apartment very transparently, so that you always have an overview of bookings.
We look after the guests from the inquiry through to booking and then on site.
With over 35 years of gastro experience, Katja & Volker have created a new mainstay in 2021 with rental, cleaning and laundry in Arosa.

Getting there:
Arrived by car in Arosa, go directly opposite Coop Valsana, Hotel Valsana into the Grabaweg. This is to the left of the Congress Hall (Arosa Tourismus).
Follow the Grabaweg for about 50 meters and then you are already in front of the Grabahaus.
You can either park in front of the garage or in the garage
5 or 3 days before arrival you will receive further emails with the access data.
