The Bärgliwäg 22/24 is located above the village Churwalden. There are two adjoining detached houses with a large carport and parking. From the house you have a very nice view of the valley and the mountains. Our direct environment at the house offers terraces and enough change to neighboring properties. The gondola lift and the Pradaschier ski lifts are 500 meters from the house and can also be reached by skis. Under the house is the ice rink, swimming pool, football pitch and more parking. For shopping (Migros, Coop, bakery and meat trade) there are 500 meters walkway. There are good restaurants and doctors' offices nearby. The development is optimal.

The whole house is furnished in a very modern way and has slate floors and natural wood parquet. It is heated with water pump heating, which ensures a balanced climate in the house. Upstairs is the bathroom with shower, double lavabo and toilet, and radio. The entrance area with stairs down, as well as two bedrooms with very large double beds and balcony. On the middle floor is the kitchen and living area and another large bedroom with a large double bed, as well as its own terrace. The kitchen has to the wall a food centre, cabinets with oven, steamer and warming drawer. The kitchen island with double induction cooker and Teppan Yaki, double sinks and further crockery drawers invite for extraordinary cooking experiences. There are electric blinds in the house and a large balcony. There is internet Wi-Fi throughout the house and a large TV on each floor. The large, heavy table can seat 8 people. The laundry and ski room has a washing machine/tumbler, as well as hot and cold water. There is also a second toilet with washbasin. From this terrace and from the carport you can go directly to the skiing area. It is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. For information: Excessive soiling will be charged to the tenant. Loud parties are not allowed because of the neighbourhood.
