Haus Gaut is located in the middle of nature in the beautiful Langwies, a small mountain village in the Schanfigg.
Those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers or sports enthusiasts will love this location in Langwies. 15 minutes from Arosa by car or 2 train stops on the Rhätische Bahn. Please note that the train station is approximately 1 km away and 98 altitude meters.

Haus Gaut is spread over 3 floors with 250m2 of living space, as well as 2 balconies, a sun terrace and endless meadows and forests around the house.
Back to the roots, back to nature - is the motto.

On the ground floor is a 1 bedroom apartment with double bed, small living area, a bathroom with bathtub and a terrace.
On the first floor, a huge living area with fireplace, sunny balcony and open kitchen invites you to linger and enjoy. In the attic there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The highlight of the house is the simple modern style paired with the tranquility of nature. And if it gets too boring for you, you can bring the table football in the entrance area to life.
2 garages are also available at the house.

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure

- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30.- linen set/stay and CHF 6.- resort fee/day

- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 50.- (high chair and cot with bed linen)

- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival

- Pets are very welcome, and will be charged at CHF 100 per pet/stay for extra cleaning
