House “Thöny”, with its unique central location, is situated directly behind the train station (lift and bridge connection) with direct access to the Tschuggen Ost chair lift and the Weisshorn cable car. The home ski run finishes 50 m adjacent to the house. Bank, post office, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and bars all within 200 metres.

This charming family holiday apartment has a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. It hosts 2 bedrooms (4 + 2), living room, fully equipped kitchen cum dining area (including dishwasher) and bathroom with bath/shower/toilet.

The large bedroom has a double bed, two bunk beds (2 m length), a large fitted wardrobe and a dressing table. The smaller bedroom accomodates two single beds, a fitted wardrobe and a dressing table. For a Baby, a cot (without linen can be provided.

The spacious living room has a large settee and a bed sofa. In the fitted wall unit, there is satelitte TV, including English speaking channels (BBC, ITV), and DVD player.

The bright kitchen cum dining area sits 6-7 people. It has a ceramic cooktop, a baking oven, a fridge, a dishwasher as well as a NESPRESSO coffee machine and a fondue and raclette set. For toddlers, a high chair can be provided.

The apartment is suited for max. 6 adults or for 4 adults plus 2-3 children. For more people the adjoining studio (1 room with kitchenet, cable TV, gallery with double bed, bathroom with shower/toilet) can be rented as well.

In the ski room a heated ski boot wall rack makes sure that your ski boots are always dry and warm.

Arrival

Arriving by car:
Drive into Arosa (lake on your right), after the post square turn to the right at the Credit-Suisse Bank into the Seeblickstrasse. Drive until you see Photo Homberger on your left. Between Photo Homberger and the “Weisshorn” cable car station you will find on your left the stairs leading up to Haus Thöny.

Arriving by train:
Take the moving stairs or the elevator from the platform up to the overhead bridge. The overhead bridge will bring you to the “Weisshorn” cable car station. Instead of entering the cable car station, turn to the left. After 10 meters you will find on your right the stairs leading up to Haus Thöny.

The ski run down to the village finishes approx. 50 m from the house. The family holiday flat, located on the third floor, has a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower/toilet. The bright kitchen cum dining area sits 6-7 people. For small children, a high chair and cot are available. The large spacious bedroom has a double bed, two bunk beds (2 m length), a large fitted wardrobe and a dressing table. The small bedroom contains two single beds, fitted wardrobe and dressing table.
