From this location you can easily reach the post office, the restaurants, the stop of the sports bus, the shops as well as the Valbella and Fastatsch ski lift within 5-10 minutes on foot. During the season, the sports bus provides easy and free access to other feeder routes to the skiing area and the holiday resort of Lenzerheide. The house is easily accessible by car all year round.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. For all cancellations a processing fee of CHF 30.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days before arrival, the property will be sublet. If a replacement booking can be made, an amount of CHF 90.00 will be charged in addition to the contractual processing fee for administrative work.
