In winter, with good snow conditions, the access with the skis is possible up to the house. The cross-country ski trail is in the immediate vicinity. The nearest ski lift is only a 5-minute walk away. From there you can reach the chairlift "Heimberg", feeder to the skiing area Rothorn. If you want to go to the village, it is best to take the free bus, whose nearest stop is only 200 m from the house.

This flat offers space for couples (max. 4 adults) as well as for families. This generously designed holiday flat is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the Grisons mountains. In the kitchen - of course with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine etc. - you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cosy evenings. The holiday flat offers two bathrooms with bathtub/shower and two bedrooms with double beds. Bed linen and towels are provided in the flat. You can park your car free of charge in the underground car park. Families are welcome.
