The Irmella 15 holiday flat in Arosa is a sunny, well-kept 2 ½-room flat. The bright, cosy and tastefully furnished flat with balcony and panoramic view of the mountains offers space for 4 persons (max. 6 persons) with a large living room, a bedroom with double bed, two wardrobe beds (instructions available) and a sofa bed (2 pers.) in the living room, a separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and much more) a bathroom/WC with bathtub. The flat also has a parking space no. 15. An indoor pool (free of charge) and a sauna (for a fee) await you in the house -Available only in the high summer and winter season. The flat also offers free Wi-Fi. You can ski right up to the front door. The free bus and shopping facilities are not far away and easily accessible in about 5-10 minutes on foot.

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure

- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30 linen set/stay and CHF 6 resort fee/day

- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 30 (high chair and cot with bed linen)

- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival

- Pets are not allowed

- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)
