The holiday flat is located in a 3-family house, in a central location, close to post bus stops. The 360° panoramic view of the Rothorn, Stätzerhorn and towards the Churer Joch offers a magnificent view. With 3 spacious, separate bedrooms, appropriate comfort is also offered during the holidays. The flat was partially renovated in 2016, so the two bathrooms and the kitchen were rebuilt.

In winter you have direct access to the ski slopes on the Heimberg with the connection to Arosa and can then ski right to the front door. Cross-country skis can also be put on the snow at the house, get into the binding ...and off you go on the cross-country ski run or then on foot on the winter hiking trail, which passes directly by the house.

Arrival

If you arrive by car, drive to the Parpan post office, then further 300 metres in the direction of Lenzerheide, then turn off to Rebbüelweg. This is the location of your holiday home (1st house, Rebbüelweg no. 1). By public transport, take the train to Chur and travel 20 minutes by post bus to Parpan-Post (every half hour from Chur).
