The house is located in the heart of Lain, right next to the house starts an unlimited hiking and biking paradise as well as the toboggan run from Lenzerheide to Zorten.
The free sports bus 80m from the house goes directly to the skiing and hiking area. A cot, high chair and various toys are available on request for our youngest guests.
The holiday house is a smoke-free zone. There is a smoking corner on the covered terrace. Dogs are welcome on request and for a small surcharge.

- Kitchen-living room: The kitchen combination offers functional work surfaces. The basic equipment also includes salt, sugar, pepper and other everyday spices. Glasses, crockery and cutlery for 24 people.
- Dining room: 2 large solid wood tables, chairs and 2 benches seat up to 20 people. The antique wood stove can be heated from the kitchen. From the dining room you can directly access the south facing terrace.
- Living room: The homely living room with its old ceiling and wooden floorboards has a seating area. In the built-in old buffet there are cards and board games. A large screen TV with Swisscom TV is available as well as cable-free internet access throughout the house. Direct access to the terrace.
- Anteroom: Is connected to the kitchen-living room and dining room. The room with ceramic tiles can be used as an additional living room.
- Wet rooms: There is at least one wet room on each floor. On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with double washbasin/separate shower/separate toilet. On the 1st floor there is a separate toilet with washbasin. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bathrooms each with double washbasins/large showers/2 separate toilets. In the wellness area of the sauna there is another shower/lavabo. All wet rooms are equipped with hairdryer, soap dispenser with liquid soap, waste bin, toilet paper and facial tissues. Appropriate cleaning products and wipes are available in each wet cell for small daily cleaning.
- Storage room: The basement has direct access from the south side. The storage room is used to store winter sports equipment, bikes and other sports utensils. The outside water tap on the south side simplifies the cleaning of bikes and sports equipment.Room distribution
