The nearby Kinderland Heimberg offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing in a playful way at the Parpan Ski School. Furthermore, a beautiful and cozy toboggan run in the vicinity provides fun for both young and old.

In summer, this location becomes a paradise for outdoor activities. Numerous cycling tours and hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the idyllic Heidsee by bike (only 4 minutes by car), where you can enjoy stand-up paddling, swimming, surfing, sailing, pedal boats, rowing boats, and kayaking.

Arrival info: The holiday apartment is located in the "Triangel C" building at Oberbergstrasse 17 in Parpan. To reach the "Triangel C" building, follow the road towards Lenzerheide from Chur. In Parpan, turn left onto Oberbergstrasse after the local shop/post bus stop. Then, drive straight for approximately 250 meters until you reach the "Triangel C" building. There, you can turn left and park in one of the open parking spaces between the Triangel C and Triangel D buildings. Check-in: 5.00 pm / Check-out: 10.00 am.
