The Rota Hus - Apartment Zehnder offers you the ideal starting point for this, it is centrally located and only a short 3-minute walk to the train station and Weisshornbahn.
The holiday apartment is centrally located in Arosa between Obersee and Untersee in the Rota Hus, Poststrasse 63.
The apartment is equipped with 1 double fold-away bed and 2 single beds and is practically furnished.
The kitchen is well equipped. A parking space is available at the rear.
In 3 minutes you can walk to the bus stops "Weisshornbahn" and "Untersee", the train station and the Weisshornbahn.
From there you can get to the ski areas. The ski schools are in the immediate vicinity of the bus stop.
Occupancy is always Saturday to Saturday.

Bergluft Arosa has been on the market since August 2021 and now looks after 30 holiday apartments and houses in Arosa.

These are mostly apartments where the care/letting of long-established Arosians was transferred to us for reasons of age.

We manage the apartment very transparently, so that you always have an overview of bookings.

We look after the guests from the inquiry through to booking and then on site.

With over 35 years of gastro experience, Katja & Volker have created a new mainstay in 2021 with rental, cleaning and laundry in Arosa.

Arrival

Getting there:
Follow the main road from the entrance to Arosa to Poststrasse 63. The entrance is on the left of the house. For loading and unloading, drive to dei Alteinstrasse below the house. There is also the parking lot at Zehnder 7b. The ski room is to the right of the mailbox system.
The back entrance also has access to the lift. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.

3 days before check-in you will receive an email with the key code and access to the property.
