Bergkirchli-Konzert mit L. Zangger & F. Mettler
“vent’arco” are Laura Zangger, violin and Franco Mettler, bass clarinet and accordion. In their music, they weave classical music with folk music of various origins, or vice versa. The joy of catchy melodies is as audible in their music as the pleasure in experimentation. Most of their arrangements are not created at a desk, but in the rehearsal room, where they tinker, discard, invent, and revise. This results in a very personal music that knows no stylistic boundaries.
