Folk songs are making a comeback - they are "local" and connected to nature. Moreover, they reflect the state of mind of people, who have changed less over the centuries than one sometimes thinks. A piece of folk culture is also the organ in the Bergkirchli with its paintings of the wings that remind one of naive art. An instrument that could be found in private households 200 years ago. There, the organ would not only have accompanied psalms but also folk music.
