Bergkrichli-Konzert mit V. Schocher & R. Buchli
Guitars - Duo Vera Schocher & Riet Buchli with music from the Andes/Alps
Through the numerous emigrants from Europe to Latin America, there were musical encounters and exchanges, leading to the development of new variants, such as Vals and Tango. This inspired the idea of a meeting between guitar music from the Alps and the Andes.
The guitar duo Vera Schocher and Riet Buchli invites you on a musical journey that connects the sounds of the Graubünden Alps with the rhythms of the Andes. Songs from their homeland, the Safiental, as well as the Lower and Upper Engadin, alternate with music from the Andes featuring the typical rhythms, from Milonga to Zamba, Vals, and Tango.
