Bergkirchli-Konzert mit Elena Bürkli
Experience an extraordinary concert that combines different eras and styles. First, the Winter from the cycle The Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi (1678–1741) will be performed. Between the movements, enjoy arias from the operas Orlando, Armida, and Il Farnace by the same composer.
In the second part of the concert, you will encounter the expressive arias of Giuseppe Verdi (1813–1901), in which longing, pain, and sorrow, but also joy, tenderness, and love are reflected.
As a bridge to the present, you can look forward to piano works by Ludovico Einaudi. With their simplicity and melodic beauty, they possess a great expressive power and touch the hearts of the listeners.
